Order by 3pm ET Monday thru Friday for Same Day Shipping Plus Free Shipping On Orders Over INR 199!

Excluding Holidays and weekends (When calculating transit days before 3pm ET, do not count that day. Orders after 3pm ET, do not count the following business day).

All India orders qualify for Free Shipping on orders over INR 199. Select styles are excluded.
All transit days are an estimate and are not guaranteed for most services.

Carriers

At checkout, you may have the option to choose UPS, FedEx or USPS. Some shipping methods may not be available based on your area and weight of your shipment.

International

Currently Douge Couture ships to a number of different countries. Please view our checkout to see if your country is on our list.

If you are ordering outside the US please allow additional time for your order to get through customs. Douge Couture is not responsible for any taxes or dues that may be associated with the shipment.

APO/FPO

Douge Couture will ship to most Armed Forces addresses. These shipments are always sent USPS, and cannot be shipped with Express mail. Douge Couture has no control over transit times for these orders due to their customs and military mail procedures.

Tracking

Douge Couture sends all shipments out with a tracking and/or delivery confirmation number. Please check your email for this information.
Douge Couture does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation.
